His journey of faith began when he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior, and it wasn’t long before he recognized the call of God on his life. A strong advocate for servant leadership, Pastor Shola has humbly served in nearly every department of the church, demonstrating a heart for both people and the work of the ministry. His dedication and leadership abilities became apparent early in his ministry journey, as he was appointed personal assistant to Rev. Kunle Salami and later served as the Director of Evangelism at Chapel of His Glory International, where he helped guide outreach efforts to spread the gospel.

Ordained as a pastor in 1997, Pastor Shola felt a clear leading of the Holy Spirit, which brought him to The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) in 2001. Though he did not reveal his ordained status immediately, the local parish leadership quickly discerned the grace of God upon his life and appointed him as a minister. His commitment to serving God and His people remained unwavering, regardless of title or position.

In 2005, Pastor Shola relocated to the United States with his family, bringing with him a deep passion for evangelism and discipleship. He continued to serve faithfully at RCCG: Living Vine Parish as a minister, supported by an official letter of recommendation from the church in Nigeria. His ministry is driven by a desire to see lives transformed by the power of Christ, and he is committed to helping people grow in the knowledge of God’s will, empowered by the Holy Spirit.

Pastor Shola holds a postgraduate diploma in Theology and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, and he is also a Registered Nurse by profession. He is a man of many gifts, both spiritual and professional, and his life is a testament to his dedication to God’s work.

He is married to Anuoluwapo Olayinka, lovingly known as Sister ‘Anu,’ and together they are blessed with three wonderful children: Dami, Dara, and Emmanuel. Their family remains a shining example of faith and service, walking in the grace and favor of God.
